Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, for any reason, simply return the unused portion in its original shipping box and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please email info@docbrame.com and include your name, contact information, order number, and order date and we will send you return information.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@docbrame.com and include your name, contact information, order number, and order date and a photo of the defect or damage and we will send you a replacement.
